Gallery re-organisation

I have decided that the galleries need a bit of a shake-up. A few pictures are gone, new ones have been added and the orderings slightly changed. Most radically, I have decided to combine the 'Man and Nature' and 'Hand of Man' galleries as the latter hasn't seen any new images in quite a while.
